Import & Export

Your data comes in, and it leaves better.

Import the prospect data you already have, enrich and qualify it inside Saalz, then export it or send it to the next step of your workflow.

No dead end at either side

Getting data in and out should never be the reason a workflow breaks.

CSV import
Bring an existing file into the workspace and map its columns onto contacts and companies.
LinkedIn import
Import profiles and Sales Navigator lists through the Chrome extension, straight into your workspace.
Saved search results
Send the output of a People, Company or Job Search into a working list without an intermediate file.
Enrich after import
Once inside, imported rows behave like any other record: waterfall enrichment, signals and AI agents all apply.
CSV export
Take enriched records out again when a workflow needs a file rather than an integration.
Send onward
Push a qualified audience to your campaign tool, or keep working it in the built-in CRM.

How does it work?

One round-trip, no manual cleaning in between.

Bring the data in
Upload a CSV, import from LinkedIn, or push the results of a search into a list.
Map and de-duplicate
Match your columns onto Saalz fields and let duplicate detection avoid creating the same record twice.
Enrich, then take it out
Run enrichment and agents on the list, then export the result or send it to your campaign tool.

Two ends of the same workflow

Import and export are rarely separate problems.

Legacy list revival
You have an old file that never got used
A stale CSV is not worthless — it is unqualified. Import it, run enrichment and signals on it, and see which rows are worth a message today.

Feeding another system
Another team needs the output
When the next step lives outside Saalz, export the enriched records so the work done here is not stuck here.

Import and export, answered

What formats and sources are supported today.

What can I import?

CSV files, LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator lists through the Chrome extension, and the results of searches run inside Saalz.

Will importing create duplicates?

Duplicate detection is available in the workspace so the same record is not created twice when a list overlaps an existing one.

What can I export?

Enriched records as CSV, or as an audience sent to a connected campaign tool.

Does importing consume credits?

Importing itself is not an enrichment operation. Credits are consumed when you then run enrichment, signals or AI on the imported rows.

Can I import and enrich in one go?

Import first, then run the enrichment you want on the resulting list — including in bulk across every imported row.
