Every day, Saalz finds prospects who match your target and show a sign of interest, contacts them from your own LinkedIn account and mailboxes with a personalised message, and offers them a meeting. Everything lands in your CRM.
Available from the Growth plan
Hi Camille, your comment on prioritising prospects struck a chord — it is exactly the problem we…
Prospecting the way it should work: targeted, careful, and wired into your CRM.
You set the target and the limits. Saalz does the rest, in plain sight.
Every prospect is tied to a source and keeps the proof of the signal that surfaced it.
Saalz then finds the decision-makers of your target inside the company.
The AI suggests sources based on your target, and reads your dismissals to suggest how to refine it: job titles to drop, companies to exclude, a source to switch off.
You draw the sequence in a visual studio. Each prospect keeps the same sender from start to finish.
Automatic replies are switched on campaign by campaign and are off by default. The AI classifies the incoming message; the action follows a fixed table. The model does not decide.
| Message received | What Saalz does |
|---|---|
| Interest | A reply, then two time slots and the booking link |
| Question about the offer | An answer based only on your offer sheet, then a meeting proposal |
| Meeting request | Two time slots and the booking link |
| Polite refusal | A short thank-you, sequence ended |
| Asks not to be contacted | A short apology, permanent entry on the opt-out list |
| Out of office, auto-reply | No reply, follow-up postponed |
| Price, objection, complaint, doubt | Handed back to you, with an alert |
Everything is sent from your own account, never from a Saalz account. So the limits are set to protect it, not to maximise volume. Sign-in is hosted: Saalz stores neither your password nor your LinkedIn cookies.
On the email side — when you connect a mailbox, Saalz reads your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and explains what to fix. Each mailbox ramps up gradually, tracking can run on your own subdomain, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Results are read per prospect, not per message: invitation accepted, reply, positive reply, meeting booked — by campaign or by type of signal.
What is automatic, what stays with you, and what it means for your account.
Not for most of it: the module works with a free, Premium or Sales Navigator LinkedIn account. The Sales Navigator signals — job change, recent activity, profile visitors, page followers — require a Sales Navigator account.
No. You sign in on a secure page run by the connection provider. Saalz stores neither your password nor your LinkedIn cookies.
Automation is not provided for by LinkedIn's terms of use, and we would rather say so plainly. Saalz reduces the risk with caps set well below the known limits, a gradual ramp-up, random pauses and a circuit breaker, and tells you about it before you connect.
Only if you turn it on, campaign by campaign, and only in simple cases: interest, a question about the offer, a meeting request, a polite refusal. Price, objections, complaints: it hands the conversation back to you.
Yes, with variables and your own custom columns, from your file or your CRM fields. The AI can also write for you, and both can coexist.
Yes. A campaign can be email only — no LinkedIn account needed —, LinkedIn only, or mix both in one sequence.
They are added immediately and permanently to your company's opt-out list, on every channel, whether they ask by message or through the unsubscribe link.
One per user licence, with one sending mailbox per licence. Additional licences can be bought from the Users page in Saalz.
It is included from the Growth plan. On the free plan you can prepare a campaign all the way through; connecting an account or launching a campaign requires a paid plan. Actions consume credits from your plan, and the cost is shown before you launch.
Book a demo and we will run it on your target.
